It’s been 24 hours since Ram Charan announced details about his father Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s 150 movie which is a remake of Kaththi with VV Vinayak as it director. But, Chiranjeevi’s came back movie is not making enough noise. Be it digital media, print media, social networking or on television; no media is focused much on this news.
Earlier, when Ram Charan announced Chiru’s 150th movie with Puri Jagannadh, a wave got created in all media sections and it became a hot topic. From the moment he broke the silence, the news stayed on top for the next two three days. Now the scenario is completely different. Earlier, majority of the TV channels telecasted minimum of half an hour program, but, now they presented as if it is a normal news. Surprisingly, fans are also not making enough sound.
Reasons for this calm atmosphere are many. One of them is, that this has been on discussion plate from long time and the much expected enthusiasm got evaporated. Fluctuating story lines and director helped to minimize the surprise element. There is section of people who expected Chiranjeevi’s 150th in magnum opus are feeling bad to imagine him in a remake movie.
There is always a good side to it. Lesser expectations always gives better results. But, having lower expectations on Chiru’s 150 is impossible. It may take time, but Mega Star surely raises the expectations and no one knows the pulse of fans better then him.
